HOW THIS WORKS
As a Renter: 

  • Most importantly we do not charge the renter a service fee as others do. The daily rate is what you pay unless you would like to add any additional items.
  • Find a rental you are wanting to rent
  • Check availability calendar 
  • Go to the PayPal security deposit form 
  • Fill in everything 
  • Buy/Pay Now 
  • If you have an existing PayPal account use that. If you do not simply click on pay by credit card 
  • Once we receive verification of security deposit, we will block out those dates 
  • The rental agreement and an invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid at time of pick up or delivery.
  • Please bring a valid DL and the rental agreement filled out at time of pick up or delivery.
  • Owner will do a walk through with you on the rental and you will fill out what is needed on the rental agreement. 
  • If you are towing a rental, you will need to provide a copy of your current insurance of the vehicle towing the rental and show your current drivers license.
  • If you are driving a rental, you will need to provide an insurance binder from your insurance company for the dates rented. Please inquire if your insurance company does not provide an insurance binder we can offer insurance you can purchase per day. 
  • After the walk through with the owner and rental agreement is filled out and signed simply pay the invoice emailed for the rental and owner will give you the keys and you are on your way. 
  • At time of return, you will meet the owner back at the location of pick up and do another walk through with you. 
  • Please make sure the interior is cleaned and black and grey water dumped (Rv's only) prior to dropping it back off to avoid additional charges from your credit card
  • Once that is complete the security deposit will be refunded back to you with in 5-7 business days.
  • If you would like to have a trailer delivered to campsite and setup, please contact phone number listed on each web page for a quote. This is paid separate to the driver at time of drop off.
  • Safe travels ​
As an Owner:

  • If you are interested in adding your rental to our fleet simply click on List my Rental ​
  • Once we receive your listing we will then contact you for pictures and specifics about your rental.
  • Once a security deposit is made on your rental by a renter, a copy of the security deposit will be emailed to you. An invoice and rental agreement will be generated and emailed to renter which the renter will fill out and do the walk through with you at time of pick up. 
  • Invoice to be paid by renter at time of pick up or paid cash to you at time of delivery or pick up. 
  • You will meet with the renters at time of pick up and return.
  • You are responsible for the following:
  • Brakes 
  • Tires
  • Bearings 
  • Service Engine (If applicable) 
  • Service Generator (If applicable) 
  • All appliances are good working order
  • Financial responsibility 
  • ​DMV (registration etc) 
  • If you would like to book out personal days please send us an email to let us know so that we can make those dates unavailable to the renters.
